FUNDING AND MEMBERSHIP

As a 501 (c)(3) not-for-profit museum, we rely on grants, donations and memberships.
Annual Membership in the Holocaust Museum will allow you to lend your ongoing support for our mission of promoting tolerance throughout our community.
Museum members enjoy free general admission and receive Museum mailings, newsletters, invitations, and have unlimited use of our Lending Library.

Dr. Fred N. Flatau Memorial Fund

A fund honoring the late Dr. Fred N. Flatau, valued friend and Docent of the Museum, has graciously been established by his family. Donations will support the Museum’s Education programs, particularly with middle and high school students. You may make a donation in Dr. Flatau’s name by any of the following methods:

Window of Hope

Benefactors’ “Window of Hope”

Benefactors’ names will be inscribed in perpetuity on the Museum’s illuminated “Window Of Hope”, inspired by Anne Frank’s writings. Your financial support will help sustain Museum operations for the present and future. This naming opportunity may also be used to honor an individual, family member or special occasion, as well as to remember a loved one. Letters of acknowledgement for tax purposes will be sent to all contributors together with a one year free membership to the Museum.

ENDOWMENTS AND SPECIAL BEQUESTS
Opportunities exist for endowments, special bequests or stock donations to further sustain the Museum’s mission.

COMMUNITY PARTNERS
Many opportunities exist for corporate or business entities to become Community Partners through the donation of in-kind major gifts of equipment or supplies.
The Museum maintains a “Wish List” of hoped-for items on its web site.

UNDERWRITING
Underwriting opportunities exist for programs, events, educational and special projects. Special recognition of the underwriter will be made as agreed upon by the Museum and the underwriter.
